Biography

Alicia Teubert joined Anderson Busby PLLC in September 2020 as a Senior Associate.  Ms. Teubert has 10+ years of experience in business transactions, banking and finance, commercial real estate, construction, contracts, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit governance and secured transactions. 

Ms. Teubert assists businesses and organizations across numerous industries in transactional matters including forming entities, drafting contracts, advising on governance and commercial matters, structuring and negotiating transactions, conducting closings, transferring interests, and dissolving entities.  She has extensive experience in commercial real estate including acquisition, development, construction, finance, title work and sale having represented developers, lenders, general contractors, and subcontractors.  She has also represented both landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations and modifications.
