Biography

Amanda Busby graduated magna cum laude from Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee in 1993 with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Ms. Busby received her law degree and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1998. She was a member of the Tennessee Law Review, serving as research editor in 1997, and a member of the Moot Court Board.

Her practice includes business transactions and litigation, healthcare transactions and compliance, estate planning and probate, labor and employment, real estate and general corporate matters. She is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and the American Health Lawyers Association.
