Amanda Busby is a founding member of Anderson Busby PLLC. Ms. Busby's practice includes healthcare transactions and compliance, business transactions and litigation, labor and employment, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, corporate law, estate planning and probate. Ms. Busby assists clients across a variety of industries in forming business entities, selling or buying businesses, real estate or other assets, and negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts. Ms. Busby also assists business owners and other individuals with estate and succession planning and probate. Ms. Busby's healthcare practice includes representing physicians, physician organizations, pharmacies and other healthcare providers. Ms. Busby has extensive experience in healthcare contract negotiations and in federal and state healthcare laws and regulations (such as anti-kickback laws and self-referral laws), HIPAA and privacy issues, hospital and physician relationships, and similar matters.
